1 pound linguine
1/2 cup Bear Pond Farm Premium Basil Pesto
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon. butter
Cook linguine al dente and return to cook pot with 3 to 4 tablespoons of pasta water. Add the pesto, heavy cream and butter. Gently heat; don’t boil. Stir frequently to blend sauce.
Makes about 4 servings.
