8 oz. dried macaroni or pasta—elbows and shells are traditional. We like rotini and fusilli too.
8 oz. tub Bear Pond Farm Queso—any flavor
1 tbs. butter
¼ cup milk—preferably whole or 2%
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in a large mixing bowl.
Pierce film of the queso tub and microwave on high for one minute. Add queso to the pasta.
Add the butter and milk. Stir too blend.
Optional extras (cook before adding): ham, bacon, peas, caramelized onions, broccoli.
Optional topping: ¼ cup crumbled nacho chips.
