8 oz. ground beef
1 tsp. cooking oil
8 oz. tub Bear Pond Farm Queso – any flavor
½ cup salsa
4 cups chips
1-1/2 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese, bagged
5 oz. black beans, canned, very well drained
4 oz. sliced black olives
¼ cup sliced green onions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cook ground beef in cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat until no pink remains. Break up beef into small pieces with spatula or spoon. Drain off fat. Set aside.
Meanwhile, cover a sheet pan with aluminum foil. Scatter the chips on the pan, and dollop queso on the chips. Place in oven for three minutes. Remove from oven and top with black beans, beef and salsa mixture. Top with remaining cheese; place back in oven for another 6-8 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
Remove from oven, add olives and onions and serve immediately!
