Ever pull a bunch of basil from a summer garden, and minced it with cheese, garlic and olive oil? Then you know heaven.

Our pesto sauces capture that sparkling-green awesomeness—in uniquely flavorful and mindful ways. Our herbs are organic. Our oil blend is non-GMO. And our sheep’s milk pecorino romano cheese is crafted by the Union Shepherds of Sardinia, Italy. It carries a D.O.P. designation—like a fine wine. It’s the “secret sauce” of our sauces.

We also make two vegan pesto varieties if dairy isn’t your thing.

We whip our pesto sauces to a silky-smooth texture. Which makes them great on pasta and pizza—the traditional pesto uses—and also addictive as dips, handy as sandwich spreads and brilliant as recipe tuck-ins for breads, soups, salad dressings and stews.

Our advice: Use some today, and then freeze the rest. So you always have a bit of nature’s green nectar on hand.
