farm to fork flavors

We were a family farm before we were a brand. Our roots: growing heirloom vegetables and flowers for farmer’s markets. Partner Craig Colvin served on the New England Advisory Committee to the FDA, when "official" organic certification was born. We received organic certification in 2001.

sensational taste

The vibrant emerald of our green pesto sauces is something else! We pack our pestos in an FDA and USDA inspected facility, at cold temperatures, and keep them chilled to frozen—so they arrive to your market shelf bursting with flavor. Our Italian pecorino romano sheep’s milk cheese imparts an especially rich and lingering taste. Fresh-frozen, not dried, garlic, and a non-GMO oil blend, insure sublime flavor balance. We use a denatured rosemary concentrate to help extend shelf life—staying natural is our code.

find us in the refrigerated aisle

Our vibrant pestos need refrigeration. Your store will have added a sell by or use by date to our tubs. At home, keep them in the fridge. Or, use some now, and freeze the rest. Our pestos freeze well without losing vibrancy. Some folks decant our pestos into ice cube trays to freeze, so they can pull small amounts from the freezer as needed. Thaw at room temperature.
